System One is seeking a BI Developer for a long-term, hybrid-onsite opportunity in Lenexa, KS.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs to technical specifications.
  • Design, build, and deploy BI solutions to meet organizational requirements.
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create tools to store and manage data efficiently.
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate various systems and data sources.
  • Develop and execute complex database queries and conduct detailed analyses.
  • Maintain the company''s high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
Requirements
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Industry experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist.
  • Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing, and ETL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies, specifically Microsoftโ€™s BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Proficient with using smartphones and computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work well with all groups and understand their business rules, processes, and daily operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and various SQL Server components.
