Experience / Education
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in packaging or related manufacturing
    • Experience with SQF / Food Safety Programs required
    • Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities
  • Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data
  • Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees
  • Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Maintenace Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager
  • Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceablity paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately
  • Correct and report any unsafe conditions
  • Train all employees on your shift
  • Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs
  • Review and calculate employee timecards daily, via Paychex system
  • Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources
  • Write and issue performance evaluations
  • Willing to work a line to help the team
