SS&E owns and operates the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), Austin Spurs (NBA G-League), and the San Antonio FC (USL), and manages day-to-day operations of the Frost Bank Center, Toyota Field and STAR Complex.

The Brand Ambassador serves as a frontline representative of Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E), supporting community engagement, fan development, and brand awareness initiatives throughout San Antonio and surrounding markets.
This role represents SS&E at community events, festivals, watch parties, grassroots activations, and other promotional opportunities. The Brand Ambassador engages with fans, promotes SS&E brands and experiences, supports lead generation efforts, and helps create memorable fan interactions that strengthen connections with the community.
This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do:
  • Represent Spurs Sports & Entertainment at community events, festivals, watch parties, grassroots activations, and other assigned promotional events.
  • Engage with fans and community members while promoting SS&E teams, events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Support lead generation and database collection efforts through fan interactions and event activations.
  • Assist with the setup, operation, maintenance, and breakdown of promotional assets, including activation equipment, vehicles, photo opportunities, tablets, and branded materials.
  • Provide accurate information regarding SS&E brands, products, events, and experiences.
  • Assist with event recaps, reporting, and collection of activation metrics following events.
  • Support the Marketing department and other business units with promotional activities and special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
  • Availability to work assigned events throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for operation of company vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of SS&E brands and properties preferred.
  • Commitment to representing SS&E's values and brand standards.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Load, unload, and transport promotional assets and event materials.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
