ADULT PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN

OVERVIEW

Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic, using a value based care model, to ensure patients are seen & heard year round preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.

ROLE

โ€ข Avg. 14-17 patients a day

โ€ข Monday thru Friday, NO WEEKENDS

โ€ข Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 (Primary Care Physicians + NP s)

โ€ข Onsite Lab & Pharmacy

โ€ข Care team: Scribe, MA, Social Worker

PACKAGE

Salary range $240-$260K+ (commensurate with experience/ site)

Quality Bonus annually plus Promotion Track to Leadership

6 weeks PTO includes major holidays & CME
