Inspire the Next Generation of Athletes and Leaders!
Athletes Global Corporation (AGC) is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Flag Football Camp Instructors to lead an exciting week-long youth camp for James City County.
Our Flag Football Camp is designed to teach athletes the proper fundamentals and techniques of football in a fun, safe, and non-contact environment. Campers will develop athletic skills while learning teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and leadership.
This program emphasizes skill development, athletic performance, and character building, helping young athletes improve both on and off the field.
What You'll DoFootball Skill Development
  • Teach the fundamentals of non-contact flag football.
  • Instruct proper throwing, catching, receiving, running, kicking, and blocking techniques.
  • Demonstrate proper tackling form and technique without contact.
  • Organize fun drills and skill competitions that engage athletes of all ability levels.

Sports Performance Training
  • Lead agility, speed, balance, coordination, and conditioning drills.
  • Improve hand-eye coordination, footwork, lateral movement, and overall athletic performance.
  • Encourage teamwork, confidence, and personal growth through sports.

Leadership Development
  • Incorporate Athletes Global Leadership Academy lessons into daily activities.

Qualifications
