Familiarity with curriculum delivery tools, fitness equipment, and child safety protocols is typically required. Outstanding communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and engage children and parents are vital soft skills. Coaches need to balance encouragement with discipline, quickly identify when a child needs extra support, and foster a positive environment for both individual growth and teamwork. Successful coaches are flexible, patient, and skilled at using positive reinforcement to help each child reach their potential.

Our KidStrong center is growing quickly, and we are actively hiring coaches who are ready to step in, bring energy, and uphold the highest standards on the floor-especially on weekends, where our demand is at its peak.
If you love working with kids, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of your role, this could be the right fit.
WHY KIDSTRONG?
At KidStrong, we help parents raise stronger, smarter, more confident kids. Our training programs focus on brain, physical, and character development for children walking through age 11.
This isn't just another kids' program; this is a coaching role with purpose, built on a science-based curriculum and delivered through high-level, intentional coaching.
THE ROLE (READ CAREFULLY)

  • Can operate in a structured environment where standards matter and are upheld daily
  • Take pride in delivering a premium experience for both kids and parents

Schedule Expectations:
  • Weekdays: Mid-mornings and evenings (until 7 PM)
  • Weekends: 8:00 AM - early afternoon (REQUIRED AVAILABILITY)

WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE STANDARDS)
At KidStrong, we don't just "run classes"-we deliver a consistent, high-level experience every time.
You'll be expected to:
  • Execute classes with precision, structure, and energy
  • Maintain full engagement and control of the class environment
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with parents
  • Uphold KidStrong coaching standards at all times-no shortcuts
  • Be coachable, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience coaching or working with children (ages 15 months-8 years preferred)
  • Background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric OT/PT is a plus
  • Strong understanding of basic movement, body mechanics, and exercise technique
  • CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Positive, motivating communicator who can lead both kids and parents
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
