  • This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
  • Pay rate: $21/hour

  What You'll Do 

  • Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
  • Assist with court reservations, lessons, and player check-ins.
  • Process Pro Shop transactions and member charges.
  • Assist with merchandise and maintain an organized Court Sports Shop.
  • Support member communications and daily Court Sports operations.
  • Assist with tennis and pickleball activities, events, and setup as needed.

Requirements

 What We're Looking For  

  • High school diploma 
  • Prior experience in front desk operations, reception, or guest services within a hospitality or club setting 
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software preferred 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Tennis and/or pickleball knowledge preferred, but not required
