    What You Will Work On

    This role supports the development and execution of visual merchandising programs that enhance the instore experience and strengthen brand consistency. Daily work includes creating signage, coordinating fixture and graphic fulfillment, and supporting reset activities across multiple departments. These efforts ensure customers encounter clear, engaging visuals that support sales and elevate store presentation.

    Crossfunctional collaboration helps align creative work with merchant goals, store needs, and broader business priorities. Insights from store feedback, marketing initiatives, and business performance guide decisionmaking and program development. The role also contributes to seasonal campaigns, signage strategies, and instore execution processes to deliver consistent results.

    Who You Will Work With

    You will work closely with Merchants, Visual Merchandising teams, Store Operations, and partners across creative and marketing functions. Frequent collaboration with stores helps ensure signage programs are clear, actionable, and aligned with customer expectations. These partnerships support seamless program execution and help elevate the overall shopping experience.

    What You Bring

    • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required

    • 2+ years of related experience in visual merchandising or creative execution required

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Elevated working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information

    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment

    • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

    Work Style and Physical Requirements
    • Comfort working in stores during resets and execution activities

    • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Ability to manage shifting priorities and high-volume workloads

    • Up to 5% travel overnight stays as required

    • Regular in-office attendance is required

    • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

    • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
