Job description

Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager, you'll own your territory from prospecting to post-delivery follow-up, delivering outstanding service while consistently exceeding sales goals.

Territory: Covers 5 counties in SE region of Florida, Indian River to Palm Beach counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for whole goods and parts
  • Proactively prospect and grow new and existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with municipalities, public sports fields, and city/county/state stakeholders
  • Prepare and present professional quotes, bids, and proposals
  • Demonstrate equipment and train end-users on proper operation
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom quoting and order entry to delivery and follow-up
  • Track activity and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and the Toro Extranet
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan; report regularly to the Sales Director
  • Collaborate closely with Service Managers, Field Service Advisors, and dealer partners
  • Stay knowledgeable on competitor products, pricing, and market trends
  • Represent Wesco Turf at trade shows, demos, and industry events
  • Maintain company-provided assets, including vehicle, laptop, phone, and demo equipment

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus
  • Spanish-speaking ability a plus
