Job description

Description WORK SCHEDULE: Not more than 40 hours weekly; flexible schedule/Both Weekday & Weekend hours Representative Job Duties Assist the Specialty Coordinator/Zamboni Driver with Customer Service and keeping the Sports Arena clean. Answer customer questions and provide information in a professional manner. Keep facility clean during evening and weekend shifts.

(Not limited to Sweeping, Mopping and Emptying Garbage). Hand out rental skates. Move Hockey Nets on and of Ice at the start and end of hockey rentals Keep the Sports Arena entry ways clean.

Clean Arena Glass. Inside and out. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Job Requirements - As Determined By the City Of Southfield Minimum of 16 years of age with a certain level of maturity to handle this high-profile position. Excellent organization along with verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use logical and rational thinking to solve problems.

Ability to carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions independently. Availability to work evenings and weekend shifts. Supplemental Information Applicants will be invited to further participate in the selection process once a driving record and criminal history background check has been cleared.
