The base pay scale for this position is $64,000.00 - $97,750.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Minimum of 4-5 yrs experience in a related field.
Experience and comfort interfacing with executives, physicians and high-profile individuals.
EXPERIENCE - Preferred
Office management, event, communications and/or marketing experience desirable.
SKILLS - Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in public relations required
Experience in data analytics required
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge and ability to use general office machinery and procedures. Strong computer and customer service skills required.
Technology savvy: excellent understanding of CRMs, data visualization software, databases, e-tools, and social media and how to use them efficiently and effectively.

  • Provides department management support maintaining calendars, office supplies, shipping/mailings and other administrative duties in collaboration with department executive administrator.

  • Provides direct support to Sports Marketing leadership in budgeting, expenses and accounts payable under the direction of department leadership.

  • Leads public relations and data analytics of performance management for sports marketing partnerships. Assists in collateral and marketing asset development process.

  • Serves as point of contact for several sports marketing partnerships. Assists with coordination of event logistics and provides on-site support at events.

  • Collaborates on the implementation of the strategic vision that positions HSS as the leader in sports medicine while partnering with HSS internal departments for optimal program development and implementation.
