The Marketing Manager leads go to market strategy for the Professional Bowlers Association, developing and executing marketing plans for PBA Tour events, broadcasts, and major league initiatives in support of the growth of the PBA.

That growth spans every audience the league reaches, including television and streaming viewership, social and digital following, live event attendance, and overall fan base. This role builds integrated campaigns that drive broadcast tune in, grow PBA channels, and sell tickets, and also supports athlete marketing, marketing partnerships, and PBA membership programs.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing leadership and cross departmental teams to bring campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute go to market strategies and marketing plans for PBA Tour events, broadcasts, and major league initiatives
  • Support the growth of the PBA across television audiences, social and digital channels, live event attendance, and overall fan base
  • Drive broadcast tune in marketing for PBA events on television and streaming partners
  • Execute event marketing programs that drive ticket sales, entries, and local awareness
  • Build digital and social campaigns that grow PBA channels, viewership, and fan engagement
  • Support campaigns across the PBA Tour, PBA Senior Tour, PBA Elite Regional Tour, and PBA Junior
  • Support athlete marketing initiatives and campaigns that highlight PBA bowlers and competitive storylines
  • Support marketing for PBA membership programs, including acquisition and member benefit awareness
  • Coordinate with sponsors and brand partners on campaign deliverables and integrations
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and asset delivery across departments
  • Track and report audience growth, tune in, ticket sales, and campaign performance metrics, and recommend optimizations

What You'll Bring

  • 5 plus years experience in sports marketing, media marketing, or entertainment marketing
  • Experience developing go to market strategies and marketing plans
  • Experience with audience growth, broadcast tune in, or fan development campaigns preferred
  • Strong digital and social campaign execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across departments
  • Prior experience in professional sports, sports leagues, or sports media

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year
