What you'll do
FGL Sports is seeking a Data Integrity Clerk to support the organization's business requirements and priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, maintaining, auditing, and cleansing data from various internal and external company sources.
Responsibilities
Collect data from various suppliers and departments.
Ensure high-quality standards are applied to datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Continuously improve and monitor data quality processes.
Manage the data lifecycle.
Map collected data based on specific attributes.
Validate data as it enters the environment to ensure provided lists meet expectations.
Follow up on communications related to assigned files and projects.
Perform any other related duties required to support the effective operation of the department.
What you bring
Post-secondary diploma in Administration, Supply Chain, or Office Administration.
2 to 3 years of experience in data entry.
Retail industry experience is considered an asset.
Essential: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for technology and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
Experience working with an ERP system.
Strong research and learning abilities.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to effectively manage priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
