Pay Range: $75,160.02 to $112,740.16
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Software Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Onsite at the La Crosse Support Campus, with hybrid opportunity
Overview
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst 3 leads quality assurance efforts by maintaining software quality standards and supporting the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA tools, processes, and policies. This role partners closely with cross functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality software experiences for business partners and guests.
What You'll Do
  • Support the professional growth and development of Quality Assurance team members
  • Assist with resource planning, estimation, onboarding, and peer review of test cases
  • Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
  • Analyze test results, error logs, and defect trends to improve test coverage and quality
  • Advance QA practices to include automation, performance, security, and accessibility testing
  • Analyze automated tests and triage failed test cases and defects
  • Review software documentation for technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness
  • Collaborate across multiple scrum teams and business domains to support integration testing
  • Maintain organized, accurate QA documentation and standards
  • Define and monitor QA metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review requirements, technical designs, and mockups to provide meaningful feedback
  • Coordinate end-user and third-party testing efforts and share QA best practices
  • Support the conversion of manual test cases to automated tests
  • Lead or support release creation and change management activities
  • Stay current on QA tools, methodologies, and industry trends
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and Agile practices

What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree or equivalent post-high school education (e.g., Associate Degree, Vo-Tech, or Business School)
  • 4-6 years of Quality Assurance experience analyzing and troubleshooting software applications
  • Experience collaborating with users and stakeholders to define system requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
