What is a sponsorship program?

A sponsorship program is a structured initiative where an organization supports individuals or groups, often providing funding, resources, or mentorship to help them achieve specific goals. In employment, it can refer to companies sponsoring work visas or training programs to develop skills and promote career growth. These programs typically involve clear criteria, application processes, and ongoing support to ensure mutual benefit.

What is the easiest sponsorship to get?

In the context of sponsorship programs, the easiest sponsorship to obtain typically involves entry-level or less competitive opportunities that require minimal experience or qualifications. These may include internships, volunteer positions, or sponsorships with fewer eligibility requirements, often based on basic criteria such as age or educational status. Success depends on meeting specific program guidelines and demonstrating genuine interest or commitment.

What jobs can you get sponsorship for?

Sponsorship for jobs typically applies to roles that require specialized skills, such as IT, engineering, healthcare, or finance, where employers are willing to sponsor work visas for qualified foreign candidates. Common sponsorship programs include H-1B visas in the United States and similar work visa options in other countries. Eligibility often depends on the job's skill level, employer sponsorship, and the candidate's qualifications and credentials.

Which companies will sponsor me for visa sponsorship?

Companies that sponsor visa sponsorship typically include large multinational corporations, technology firms, and organizations with international operations. They often require relevant skills, certifications, and compliance with immigration laws, and may prioritize candidates with specialized expertise or in-demand roles. Job seekers should research company policies and consult official resources for specific sponsorship opportunities.

Job description

TMH BEHAVIORAL SERVICES
Senior Behavioral Health Therapist
Full-Time | Older Adult & Senior Behavioral Health Program | Illinois
Are you a clinician who is tired of chasing referrals, building a caseload from scratch, and spending your day driving across the city? At TMH Behavioral Services, we've built a role where you can focus entirely on what you do best - providing exceptional clinical care.
We are a culturally responsive, mission-driven behavioral health organization expanding our Senior Behavioral Health Program - and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled therapist to join our team serving older adults in assisted living and senior communities across Illinois.
Why Clinicians Choose This Role
Most behavioral health positions ask you to hustle - build your own book of business, manage your own billing, and figure it out as you go. This is not that role.
  • Built-in caseload from day one - residents are already in the building. No cold outreach, no marketing, no waiting to fill your schedule.
  • One consistent location - you are typically assigned to one primary assisted living community, so you build real relationships and establish a genuine presence.
  • Create your own schedule - you have full autonomy over your weekly calendar. Build it around your life.
  • Minimal travel - no driving house-to-house across the city.
  • Free clinical supervision - provided at no cost to you. For pre-licensed clinicians, that is real money back in your pocket.
  • $500 annual CEU reimbursement - plus free access to CEUs through TMH's IDFPR-approved CE Sponsor program.
  • Meaningful long-term work - you will develop deep, ongoing therapeutic relationships with residents and become a trusted part of the community you serve.
  • Supportive clinical leadership - we believe in taking care of our clinicians so our clinicians can take care of our clients.

About TMH Behavioral Services
TMH Behavioral Services is a growing behavioral health organization rooted in the communities we serve. We provide culturally responsive mental health services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings - with a deep commitment to reaching individuals who have historically been underserved.
Our Senior Behavioral Health Program brings compassionate, relationship-centered clinical care directly to older adults in assisted living and senior communities - meeting them where they are, with dignity and respect.
Position Overview
The Senior Behavioral Health Therapist provides individual psychotherapy, community support, and case management services to residents living in assisted living and senior living communities. This role focuses on improving residents' emotional wellness, supporting life transitions, and addressing mental health concerns common in later adulthood.
You will have a predictable, stable caseload of 25 completed sessions per week - supported by built-in facility referrals and consistent scheduling.
What You Will Do
  • Provide individual psychotherapy, community support, and case management services to residents in assisted living communities
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling related to:
  • Depression, anxiety, and mood disorders
  • Grief and loss
  • Adjustment to aging and health changes
  • Life transitions and social isolation
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
  • Collaborate with facility staff and TMH leadership to support resident wellbeing
  • Participate in weekly supervision and monthly in-person team meetings
  • Participate in Senior Wellness activity days
  • Facilitate 2 in-person educational workshops per year
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

Qualifications
Licensed Clinicians (Preferred)
  • LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • LCPC - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
  • LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Pre-Licensed Clinicians (Considered)
  • LSW, LPC, or other master's level clinicians - eligible for free supervision toward full licensure

All Candidates Must Have:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience providing psychotherapy services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Comfort and interest in working with older adult populations

Compensation
Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
$80,000 - $88,000 annually
Pre-Licensed Therapist (LSW, LPC, Master's Level)
$62,000 - $70,000 annually
Compensation is based on licensure status, experience, and clinical expertise.
Benefits & Perks
  • Stable full-time salaried position
  • PTO ranging from 5 to 12 days based on tenure - rewarding clinicians who grow with us
  • 10 days paid vacation annually
  • $300 monthly healthcare stipend - use it however works best for you
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Free clinical supervision - individual and ongoing
  • $500 annual CEU reimbursement
  • Free CEUs through TMH's IDFPR-approved CE Sponsor program
  • Full schedule autonomy - build your week around your life
  • Administrative and billing support - we handle the back office so you can focus on care
  • Consistent, predictable caseload with built-in facility referrals
