  • Support cloud platforms, virtual infrastructure, and foundational networking tasks, including IP configuration, cabling, and patch panel support
  • Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and security and help identify and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in hardware and software upgrades, deployments, migrations, and other IT projects
  • Track and manage IT assets, equipment, inventory, and related documentation
  • Support end-user training and create technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support technology solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support cybersecurity incident response, malware prevention, remediation activities, and compliance with information security standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field required; equivalent experience/certifications may be considered
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical environment
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity, including Azure or AWS, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs
  • Experience using system monitoring, diagnostic, and performance-analysis tools to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Work Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time, hybrid position
  • Ability to work outside scheduled hours, including evenings and occasional on-call support, as needed
  • Local and regional travel required up to 20% as required based on business needs

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employer-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and paid holidays
