Role Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a skilled Line Cook with Shawarma or Al Pastor experience who understands vertical roasting, meat prep, and high-volume service. If youโ€™ve worked with a spit before and know how to manage flavor, texture, and speedโ€”this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook shawarma / al pastor using vertical broilers (spit)
  • Slice and portion meats to maintain consistency and quality
  • Marinate and prep proteins according to house recipes
  • Manage grill and hot line during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
  • Work closely with team to ensure fast, efficient service

Qualifications

  • Experience with shawarma, al pastor, or trompo-style cooking REQUIRED
  • Strong knife skills and meat handling knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule (nights & weekends required)
