As an Account Service Representative, you'll be on the front line of C Spire's customer experience in one of our retail locations. You'll join an elite, sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and winning together. Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

  • Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities-averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
