Description:

Arthrex Oklahoma is the sole distributor for Arthrex in Oklahoma. This role will include:

  • Drive utilization growth with existing spine surgeons by increasing product adoption and procedural volume.
  • Identify and develop new surgeon targets to expand market presence within the agency.
  • Execute strategic surgeon conversion plans, transitioning surgeons from competitive technologies to company solutions.
  • Lead capital equipment conversion initiatives by identifying opportunities, coordinating evaluations, and supporting successful implementation. 
  • Track and analyze key case metrics, including surgeon utilization, procedural growth, and conversion progress. 
  • Monitor surgeon engagement throughout the onboarding process, including training attendance, first case completion, and ongoing adoption milestones. 
  • Measure surgeon success by tracking the number of procedures completed within the first 90 days following product adoption.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during in-service education programs for hospital staff and physicians.
  • Coordinate and support cadaver labs, educational programs, and surgeon training events.
  • Train and mentor territory representatives on product knowledge, clinical applications, and procedural support.
  • Drive biologics utilization by promoting appropriate product integration and supporting pull-through initiatives across the territory.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, and clinical teams to achieve territory growth objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
