What is a Spine Regional Manager?

A Spine Regional Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing sales and operations related to spinal medical devices or products within a specific geographic region. They manage a team of sales representatives, develop strategic plans to grow market share, and build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors. Their role often includes training staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and meeting regional sales targets. Spine Regional Managers typically work for medical device companies specializing in spine surgery products.
