Buscamos un/a System Engineering & Automotive SPICE Team Leader para liderar proyectos de desarrollo en el sector automocion, con un fuerte foco en Ingenieria de Sistemas y cumplimiento de Automotive SPICE,

El puesto combina liderazgo tecnico, coordinacion de equipos y una alta interaccion con cliente en proyectos complejos y de alto valor tecnologico.

Que haras?

Definir y mantener la arquitectura de sistema, asegurando la correcta integracion entre hardware, software y subsistemas.

Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los requisitos: captura, analisis, descomposicion, trazabilidad, verificacion y validacion.

Participar y liderar revisiones tecnicas clave (SRR, PDR, CDR) junto con cliente y stakeholders internos.

Asegurar la coherencia tecnica entre los diferentes dominios de ingenieria.

Garantizar la correcta aplicacion de los procesos Automotive SPICE (principalmente niveles 2 y 3).Definir, desplegar y supervisar procesos de:Preparar y dar soporte a auditorias ASPICE, tanto internas como de cliente.Actuar como referente metodologico ASPICE dentro del proyecto.

    • Gestion de productos de trabajo
    • Seguimiento del desempeno del proceso
  • Planificar tareas, distribuir cargas de trabajo y realizar seguimiento de entregables.Asegurar la calidad tecnica y metodologica del trabajo del equipo

Requerimientos

Ingenieria Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Mecanica o similares.

Al menos 5 anos de experiencia en proyectos similares.

Ingles fluido. Valorable: otros idiomas.

  • Automotive SPICE (PRM / PAM).
