Join Our Production Team as a Spice and Seasoning Mixer!At Pepper Palace, we take pride in crafting high-quality, flavorful products, and our Spice Room Team are a crucial part of our production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys spice in their work and the world for food production. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a winning attitude, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately measure and mix/blend ingredients to match recipe specifications.
  • Operate mixer/blender equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Help monitor recipes for quality and consistency.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills for accuracy.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
