Our virtual environment promotes a collaborative and supportive culture, ensuring you have the necessary resources to succeed while adapting to the flexible hours that accommodate client schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their substance use patterns, mental health conditions, and individualized therapeutic needs.

  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging participation and connection among clients to build a supportive recovery community.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals, case managers, and social workers, to ensure a seamless approach to client care that addresses all facets of their well-being.
  • Provide educational resources and emotional support to families, enabling them to participate actively in their loved one's recovery journey.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation is both accurate and timely.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults experiencing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds and circumstances of our clients, as many have experienced trauma or significant life transitions.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise or specialized training in substance abuse treatment and addiction counseling.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities applicable to co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong therapeutic skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients, motivating them toward their recovery goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth or remote therapy setting, particularly with addiction populations.
  • Knowledge of community resources and support networks available for clients and their families.
  • Ability to utilize digital tools for therapy delivery and client engagement effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans, retirement savings options, and generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.
  • Incentives such as a sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists joining our team.
