We're looking for a Production Manager to help lead our maintenance crews and ensure our jobs are completed safely, on time, and to our high standards.
Position Overview
The Production Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our landscaping maintenance crews. You'll manage schedules, direct crew leaders, ensure quality work, and handle any field issues that arise. Your leadership and attention to detail will keep our properties looking sharp and our customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily schedules for landscaping crews.
  • Supervise crew leaders and field staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address any issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure crews follow safety protocols and proper equipment operation.
  • Train new crew members and help develop skills within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on progress.
  • Monitor equipment usage and report any maintenance needs.
  • Assist with seasonal needs like cleanups or special projects as required.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience supervising landscaping maintenance crews or similar field operations.
  • Knowledge of lawn care and landscape maintenance practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
  • Good communication skills with both crews and management.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required (need to be able to communicate via phone call in Spanish).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Qualifications:
