Job description

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join a well-established and expanding practice in Ludington, Michigan, serving patients across the northern Corewell Health West region.

You will become part of a collaborative, supportive team of two OB/GYN physicians, as well as Advanced Practice Providers, includingCertified Nurse Midwives, with clinic space conveniently located on the hospital campus. Corewell Health Ludington Hospital is a 49-bed community hospital with a thriving labor and delivery program, supporting more than 225+ births annually, alongside a strong gynecology practice.

The hospital features a DaVinci robotic surgical system, allowing for advanced minimally invasive surgical care. Both the clinic and hospital utilize Epic EMR, ensuring seamless coordination across settings. The practice also has access to a 3D ultrasound.

This position offers the best of both worlds-rural community practice with access to the resources of a large, integrated health system. You will be supported by a comprehensive Women's Health Service Line, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, Sexual Health, and Menopause services.

Corewell Health Ludington Hospital is a 49-bed acute care hospital located in Mason County along the shore of Lake Michigan. Ludington Hospital offers a full range of services, including inpatient medical, surgical, step-down, obstetrical and critical care units. Outpatient services include a full-service laboratory; cancer and hematology services; a full complement of medical imaging diagnostic services, included advanced CT and MRI; a tasteful and private Women's Imaging Center complete with 3D mammography, bone density testing, and pelvic and breast ultrasound; comprehensive cardiopulmonary services; rehabilitation services, including cardiac, pulmonary and cancer rehab, in the area's most comprehensive rehab facility; and an array of outpatient surgical procedures. In addition, Ludington Hospital has a 24-hour emergency department with all-private treatment rooms, plus a "FastER track" service for the treatment of minor illness and injuries with minimal wait times. Specialties on our medical staff include general and vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, ENT, oncology and hematology, emergency medicine, urology, family medicine, internal medicine, anesthesiology, radiology, pathology, ophthalmology and obstetrics & gynecology. Our focus is on customer service and individualized, patient-centered care.
