Dermatologist Opportunity - East Bay Area, California
Compensation: $450,000-$550,000 Base + Percentage of Net Collections
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a thriving, well-established practice in the East Bay area of Northern California. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and long-term growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Dermatologist Expectations

  • Ability to practice medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
  • Comprehensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of skin conditions
  • Strong patient-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships by aligning patient needs with available services
  • Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide objective, first-level clinical determinations
