Spectra Self Care Counseling Center is seeking compassionate and licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dedicated psychotherapy team. This full-time position, set in the dynamic city of Jacksonville, Florida, allows for a flexible and remote work schedule. The position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible hours to accommodate your personal life. You will have control over your caseload, working between 10 to 30 billable hours per week according to your preferences and availability. Our use of telehealth technologies ensures seamless communication with clients while providing access to tools that support remote therapy, such as electronic health records systems. Clinicians are encouraged to collaborate via virtual meetings and in-person consultations to discuss cases and share professional insights.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy for clients utilizing a variety of treatment modalities.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Implement evidence-based interventions including crisis intervention, skills training, and couples counseling, while demonstrating clinical proficiency in diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with supervising licensed psychologists and physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans and levels of care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and treatment records, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment challenges, and care coordination.
• Stay current with developments in mental health through ongoing professional education and training, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

This position primarily serves individuals facing challenges related to mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship conflict. Given our focus on healing both individuals and families, you'll work with diverse client populations, including those with dual diagnoses, to help them navigate their unique life circumstances. Your impact will be pivotal in fostering healthier family dynamics and enhancing overall community wellness.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent (Psy.D) in the state of Florida.
• A Masters or Doctorate in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and managing electronic health records.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly those with complex mental health issues.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare models and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Knowledge of the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for conducting assessments.
• Background in utilizing best practices in behavioral health service delivery.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
