PROJECT ENGINEER - SPECIAL PROJECTS GROUP
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
 
COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
Our client, a leading commercial drywall contractor in Seattle, is expanding their Special Projects Group and seeking a Project Engineer to support projects under $600K.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This growth-oriented position offers significant advancement potential within our Special Projects Group, focusing on fast-paced, smaller-scale commercial projects.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Basic understanding of commercial construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Construction experience a plus but not required
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Special Projects Group (projects under $600K)
• Handle project documentation and submittals
• Assist with project scheduling and coordination
• Manage RFIs and change orders
• Learn commercial drywall systems and practices
• Support project managers and field teams
• Assist with project closeout documentation
• Participate in project meetings
