Party Coordinator/Reservationist

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Party Coordinator / Reservationist serves as a key member of the Sales and Front Desk team, playing a vital role in delivering seamless party and event experiences. This position is responsible for booking and coordinating parties, completing party-related calls, ensuring accurate and efficient party check-ins, and providing backup support to Party Hosts as needed.

The Party Coordinator / Reservationist must demonstrate strong sales ability, attention to detail, and premium guest service while ensuring all party and event experiences are executed with accuracy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


?? Party Coordination & Guest Experience

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of party and event booking procedures.
• Complete all required party-related phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maximize accuracy during party check-ins and check-outs.
• Act as a Welcome Greeter at the front of house, escorting parties and guests to their assigned tables or rooms.
• Assist with party navigation, timelines, and logistics throughout the guest experience.
• Ensure all party and event experiences are fulfilled according to Altitude standards.


?? Sales & Front Desk Operations

• Operate Front of House (FOH) POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
• Sell memberships and promote add-ons and upgrades during party and guest interactions.
• Maximize café counter sales while maintaining speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Support general front desk operations as needed.


???????? Party & Event Support

• Serve as a backup Party Host, hosting parties when coverage is needed.
• Must be able to act as a Camp Host and independently run Jump Fest Camp programming.
• Assist Party Hosts with execution, timing, and guest engagement as needed.


?? Cleanliness & Setup Standards

• Ensure all check-in laptops are fully charged and ready for daily operations.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and replenished check-in carts for next-day use.
• Assist with cleaning party rooms and maintaining Front of House cleanliness.
• Uphold cleanliness standards across all party and guest-facing areas.


??? Systems & Accuracy

• Ensure ROLLER systems are operated with integrity during party and event check-ins and check-outs.
• Accurately document party details, notes, and updates within the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all guest and transaction records.


?? OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP

• Uphold and enforce customer service, safety, and cleanliness standards during all parties.
• Assist with guest issue resolution and escalations related to party operations.
• Support other departments during peak times, special events, or operational needs.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned or in the absence of the GM or AGM.


?? SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY

• Ability to work 3–5 days per week, based on business needs and operational approval.
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends, peak party days, and special events.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with front desk operations, court monitor supervision, and special events as needed.
• Support membership and party-related sales initiatives.
• Learn and actively utilize the ROLLER Venue Management System.
• Complete administrative tasks, reports, audits, and weekly assignments by assigned deadlines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
