This role will involve planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate events, conferences, and special projects to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.

Salary: $51,230 - $60,560 per year

       The Entry Level Events Assistant will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in event planning, with opportunities to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events, including client meetings, workshops, and company functions.
  • Support the events team with logistical tasks, such as scheduling, vendor communications, and venue preparations.
  • Prepare and organize materials, including attendee lists, event programs, and promotional items.
  • Help with on-site event setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and follow-up notes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure event goals are met and assist with post-event evaluations.
