Job description

Director, Supply & Patient Transport Services

Position Summary: Functions as the clinical resource manager for hospital supplies and equipment, and acts as a liaison with clinical departments throughout the hospital. Manages all aspects of the job performance of members of the Patient Transport and Distribution sections of SPD. Coordinates and manages operations, reviews outcomes and provides feedback.

Experience

Required: 5 years supervisory experience; 5 years supply distribution experience, preferably in a hospital setting

Education

Required: Bachelorโ€™s Degree

License and Credentials

Preferred: BCLS certified

Skills

Required: Strong organizational and logistical skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple changing priorities. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn hospital information system and electronic communication devices.

Hours

Full-time 80 hours per pay period

Compensation

The minimum starting salary for this position is $65K
