This position is an Operations role in support of a team with unparalleled experience and success.

Position Overview: 

The Project Manager role is a versatile, fast-paced, and critical position within the Operations team. Responsibilities will include project management, document review, and assisting with the company's quality assurance process. All new hires are well-trained and supported within the company. First and foremost, candidates should have strong attention-to-detail skills, a track record of balancing multiple ongoing projects, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Quality assurance functions that involve the careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to Manager as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors around the world

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in any academic discipline or major. 
  • Proven working experience in an environment that required close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, as well as with remote teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
