Job Summary:
The Translation Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering translation and localization projects across multiple content types. This role works closely with internal business unit clients, external vendors, and linguists to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Translation Project Manager also plays a key role in process improvement, vendor management, and adoption of new translation technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
What You Will Do:
  • Lead end-to-end translation and localization projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal business unit clients and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements and timelines
  • Oversee content quality and consistency across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand, terminology, and accuracy standards
  • Manage vendor relationships, including work assignment, performance monitoring, and onboarding of new resources
  • Utilize translation management systems (TMS) and AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
  • Track and report on project performance, including cost, timelines, and quality metrics, while maintaining translation assets such as glossaries and style guides

Summary Pay Range:
$72,360.00 - $108,540.00
