We are seeking a Technical Documents Translation Coordinator to support documentation translation projects, manage requests through translation platforms, and help ensure translated technical documents are accurate, complete, and ready for publication.
This role is onsite in North Dallas, TX, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
TECH DOCUMENT TRANSLATION COORDINATORS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand the various document types managed by the technical documentation organization
  • Understand the role of systems used in the documentation process
  • Understand the process and preparation required to translate each document type into various foreign languages
  • Facilitate job requests submitted by multiple users and convert them into projects within the translation platform
  • Validate translated documents for functional correctness and publish them to the company website
  • Creatively solve problems, identify process improvements, and effectively document updates in platforms such as Confluence
  • Manage projects effectively to meet translation goals
  • Communicate and interact effectively with global teams
  • Perform XML cleanup for converted documents

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:
  • Experience with or knowledge of XML is strongly preferred
