What’s a typical day as Sr. Project Manager? You’ll be:
  • Leading and executing a targeted P2P restructuring project across the US, Canada, and LATAM, aligning strategies with global template processes
  • Managing project deliverables, schedules, risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT Workstream leads
  • Constructing and delivering robust pre-go-live test plans utilizing Super User channels, addressing and remediating issues
  • Driving a well-documented hypercare program with daily stakeholder updates
  • Advancing change management and communication initiatives to ensure stakeholder buy-in and process adoption
  • Acting as the onsite advocate for change management, facilitating clear engagement across all organizational levels
  • Supporting development and delivery of training programs for key users and end-users, including content creation for solution adoption
  • Ensuring strict adherence to global process templates and identifying/rectifying deviations with process owners
  • Providing regular progress reports and transformation communication to stakeholders and end-user communities
  • Utilizing SAP ECC, SAP Ariba P2P, and other project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets)
  • Supporting digitalisation goals across ServiceNow and emerging tools, contributing to working groups for process efficiency
  • Partnering with regional shared service centers and Business Process Owners to standardize P2P processes
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
  • Have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in project management, procurement transformation, or full lifecycle system implementation, with strong SAP and P2P expertise
  • Bring hands-on experience with shared services transformations and procurement or commercial function realignment
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in change management frameworks (including ADKAR methodologies), influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with outstanding communication and training skills
  • Possess strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous process-oriented mindset
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and lead multiple priorities
  • Have the flexibility to travel 30-40% to LATAM to ensure project success
  • Are proficient with enterprise project management standards (PMI, PROSCI) and tools including SAP solutions, MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheets

Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office in Lake Zurich, IL, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
