Job description

A Day in the Life
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play an important part of the Operations team by accurately entering data and maintaining integrity of all documents. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.
The following schedule is available for this role:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Starting Pay:
$19.00 - $21.50/hr

All About You
What You'll Bring to the Role:
  • Strong verbal and written communication required and inter-personal skills a must; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of WMS system is preferable or other type of Warehouse Management system.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines.
  • Require strong time management and organization skills.
  • Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:
  • Must have 6+ months of administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Preferred knowledge of creating SSCC labels
  • Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing
  • Assists with data entry:
    • Sorts and prepares all documents for data entry.
    • Maintains records relating to the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
    • Accurately enters all documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing in Aspire.
    • Supports with label creations
    • Ability to use other platforms, such as Fedex, UPS, EDI Providers
    • Locates and corrects any data entry errors.
  • This position is required to exchange information with other employees of the organization and possibly external contacts.
    • May make delivery appointments for inbound shipments and update the receiving log (Appointment Log) for Operations.
    • May make pick up appointments for outbound shipments and update the shipping log for Operations.
    • Assists with administrative duties.
    • Performs other related duties as needed.
