Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM 
Security Clearance: Public Trust / Background Check required 
About the Role

Norbeck Technologies is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative II to support federal distribution and fulfillment operations at the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) Pueblo Distribution Center in Pueblo, CO. You will serve as a primary contact providing professional customer support to English and Spanish-speaking callers and correspondents. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and written correspondence. 
  • Answer inbound inquiries, clarify customer needs, research issues, and resolve complaints. 
  • Perform accurate data entry, mail processing, reporting, and database updates. 
  • Import order files and assist with website content updates as directed. 
  • Troubleshoot complex matters and escalate to supervisory staff when necessary. 
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish (Required). 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience. 
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. 
  • Must pass a federal background check/investigation and drug screening.
