Job Summary:
Spacelabs Healthcare is dedicated to improving patient care through innovative technologies. They are seeking an Intelligent Process Automation Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, design, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft tools and other leading cloud/AI platforms, including Generative AI and AI agentic automation solutions
• Integrate legacy applications (e.g., on-premises ERP systems) with modern SaaS platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Oracle CPQ
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
• Participate in software requirements reviews, architecture design, and connectivity interface design
• Develop, debug, document, and release automation software
• Monitor and optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, and compliance
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Provide comprehensive documentation, training, and support to end users and business teams
• Ensure all automation implementations meet cybersecurity, AI governance, and compliance standards
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar required; master’s in computer or data science field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software development (Python, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent) & cloud environment solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with automation development tools; Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) preferred.
• Proficiency with REST API integration, SQL databases, and legacy system integration.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with connectors and custom connector development.
• Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities & develop and deliver solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple projects and requests, and communicating needs and results to management.
• Proven ability to create clear technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• May need to travel domestically up to 20% (depending on business needs).
Preferred:
• Master’s in computer or data science field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automation development tools; Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft, AWS, or Azure certifications, preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, preferred.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools and low-code/no-code platforms, preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, preferred.
