Job description

Immediate need for a talented Space Planner. This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Seattle, WA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
  • In Office 4 days per week
  • Receive and review all occupancy requests
  • Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
  • Tactical scenario development
  • Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing
  • Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
  • Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans
