Closet Factory Charlotte is looking for confident, personable, and sales-driven professionals to help homeowners transform their spaces through custom-designed organization solutions.

This is a sales career with a creative/design component. You'll build relationships, uncover what clients really need, create a customized solution - and confidently ask for the sale.

You don't need closet or design experience. We'll teach you our products, design software, and process. What we can't teach as easily is the drive to win business, follow up, build relationships, and close.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in Closet Factory
• Build rapport, ask great questions, and understand each client's needs, priorities, style, and budget
• Measure spaces and create customized organizational solutions
• Use our design software to bring your ideas to life
• Present your design and pricing with confidence
• Guide the conversation, overcome hesitation, and ask for the sale
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and turn opportunities into business
• Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through the sales process
• Maintain accurate measurements, designs, pricing, and documentation
• Build additional business through referrals, networking, and social media

Who We're Looking For

• Have an eye for design, organization, space planning, or aesthetics
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Are self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Are tech-savvy and confident learning new software
• Are coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• Have reliable transportation for traveling to client appointments
• Can accommodate some evening or weekend appointments when needed

Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus, especially in home improvement, remodeling, window treatments, cabinetry, kitchen/bath, furniture, organization, or similar industries - but it is not required.

Training & Career Opportunity

We don't expect you to walk in knowing how to design a custom closet. You'll receive hands-on training in our products, measuring, space planning, design software, pricing, and sales process.

This is a 100% commission-based career, and there is a ramp-up period as you learn the business and build your pipeline. Successful Consultants are self-driven, persistent, comfortable following up, and motivated by the opportunity to build their income over time.
