We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven, and client-focused Day Spa Lead to elevate our member experience and oversee our cutting-edge Recovery Centers.
The Mission
As a Day Spa Lead, you are at the intersection of Service, Science, and Sales. You will guide members through our advanced recovery modalities, help them optimize their athletic longevity, and drive studio growth by selling Recovery Center subscriptions and retail supplements. You will bring our core T.R.A.I.N. philosophy (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life every day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Session Excellence: Conduct safe, knowledgeable, and effective recovery sessions utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment and modalities.
  • Sales & Growth: Introduce guests and members to the Recovery Center, deliver impactful introductory sessions, and successfully sell monthly subscriptions and packages.
  • Program Administration: Ensure accurate setup and ongoing tracking of client programs, including dotFIT profiles, lifestyle supplements, and modality utilization.
  • Operational Standards: Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the Recovery Center, ensuring all equipment is clean and fully operational.
  • Community Connection: Respond professionally to member inquiries, build strong relationships, and actively encourage member involvement in recovery routines.
