Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Associates serve as the first point of contact for Guests exploring Membership, offering personalized interactions across multiple platformsincluding in-person, phone, chat, and virtual meetings. In this service-oriented, multi-functional role, Associates support both sales and operations with a strong focus on enhancing the Member experience. They guide Guests through the DVC journey by sharing Membership benefits and inviting participation in various learning opportunities, all while delivering exceptional service through authentic and transparent interactions. DVC Associates must embody a deep understanding of the Disney brand and counselor sales approach. The role is team-driven, with incentive pay aligned to collective sales performance.

You will report to a Sales Experience Manager.

This is a Full-Time role.

Responsibilities/You Will:

  • Create a welcoming, engaging experience for Members and Guests through proactive, personalized interactions

  • Engage with Members and Guests in both indoor and outdoor locations, delivering a high level of service and enthusiasm in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Introduce Members and Guests to Disney Vacation Club by sharing Membership benefits, answering questions, and inviting them to participate in available learning opportunities.

  • Generate leads and support the sales process through authentic conversations that identify Guest interests, needs, and motivations.

  • Provide exceptional service by helping resolve Member and Guest questions, concerns, or issues with professionalism and care.

  • Support daily Disney Vacation Club sales center operations, including administrative tasks, Guest interactions, and maintaining show-ready locations and materials.

  • Use knowledge of Disney Vacation Club, Disney Resorts, Parks, and nearby offerings to educate and assist Members and Guests.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with resort teams, vendors, and community partners.

Basic Qualifications/You Have:

  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, sales, lead generation, or another customer-focused environment where anticipating Guest or customer needs is key

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience for Members and Guests

  • Confidence proactively approaching and engaging with Guests to build interest, answer questions, and support lead generation

  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors while maintaining professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm across all weather conditions

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to support sales center operations and Guest interactions

  • Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment when addressing Guest concerns, navigating varied situations, and involving the right partners when needed

  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and service-focused in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Full-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts based on business needs

  • Proficiency using computers and Apple or Windows-based systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club products, Membership benefits, and the Member experience.

  • Familiarity with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts offerings, service standards, and Guest expectations.

  • Understanding of vacation ownership concepts and consultative sales practices.

  • Passion for the Disney brand and creating magical experiences for Guests.

  • Experience using mobile and tablet technology, including iOS and Android devices

The pay rate for this role in Kapolei, HI is $18.90 to $25.01 per hour. A performance incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package and will align with our sales revenue targets and focus on overall team performance.
