Role Description

As a member of our spa team, you will work with and be a part of a close knit family that look out for each other and thrive as a team. You will help maintain a calming atmosphere for all guests on their getaway and use that same sense of calm to focus your energy to a stress-free work environment.

The Spa Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming, relaxing, and luxury spa experience for all guests at Spa Brasada. This role supports daily spa operations through exceptional guest service, facility upkeep, stocking and organization, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.

To be successful, you need to enjoy being the first point of contact for all guests when they walk into the spa. You enjoy providing that warm welcome that sets the tone for the guest experience. Your organization skills are proven and effective to ensure that the entire operation runs flawlessly. You love being the go-to person for both your team members and your guests because you are reliable and a pleasure to work with.

This is a seasonal role, available immediately through September. The schedule is Wednesday - Sunday from 7:30am - 3:30pm. The Spa Attendant earns $20 - $22/hour, based on experience. 

General Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an overview of spa amenities, services, and facility features
  • Familiarize guests with locker rooms, relaxation areas, spa policies, and wellness amenities
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa, including locker rooms, relaxation rooms, treatment waiting areas, and common spaces
  • Refresh and restock locker rooms and relaxation areas with linens, robes, towels, beverages, and spa products
  • Stock spa treatment rooms and storage areas with necessary supplies and amenities
  • Perform light cleaning duties including wiping surfaces, organizing amenities, sweeping, and maintaining sanitary conditions
  • Monitor spa facilities throughout the day to ensure a calm, clean, and guest-ready environment
  • Launder, fold, and organize linens as needed
  • Support spa team members with operational needs and guest requests
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering elevated guest experiences
  • Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and service standards policies
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
