Description:Spa Cleaning Technician (Albany & Saratoga Locations)

Position Overview

Complexions Spa is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Spa Cleaning Technician to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at our Albany and Saratoga locations. This role is essential to supporting our luxury spa environment and ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for our guests and team.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands sanitation protocols, and is comfortable traveling between both locations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning & Sanitation

  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all spa floors
  • Sanitize spa locker rooms (womenโ€™s and menโ€™s)
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and sinks
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the spa
  • Empty trash and replace liners

Wet Area Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize steam rooms
  • Clean and sanitize sauna rooms
  • Monitor for cleanliness and report maintenance issues
  • Refill supplies as needed (towels, paper products, soap)

Detailed Cleaning

  • Dust light fixtures, shelves, and dรฉcor
  • Clean wood cabinetry and treatment room surfaces
  • Wipe baseboards, doors, and mirrors
  • Maintain retail and reception area cleanliness
  • Spot-clean walls and glass as needed

Periodic Deep Cleaning

  • Perform scheduled deep cleans of locker rooms and wet areas
  • Polish fixtures and hardware
  • Assist with seasonal or special event cleaning needs
Qualifications
  • Prior commercial, medical, hotel, or spa cleaning experience preferred
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation and disinfecting procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation to travel between Albany and Saratoga locations
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
Schedule
  • Early morning, evening, or weekend shifts available
  • Must have flexibility to work at both locations
