Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Position Overview

As our Spa Attendant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every part of our spa meets the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the entire spa environment, from laundry operations to detailed cleaning of all guest and employee spaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesLaundry & Linen Management
  • Operate washing and drying equipment, including loading and unloading machines efficiently
  • Measure and administer cleaning agents according to product specifications
  • Set appropriate wash, dry, and cooling cycles based on linen type
  • Maintain consistent linen flow to ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked at all times
  • Monitor laundry equipment performance and report any issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area and equipment
Spa Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Deep clean treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and common spaces
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, showers, and high-touch surfaces throughout the spa
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces to brand standards
  • Ensure all areas of the spa—including back-of-house—are consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Remove trash, restock supplies, and maintain overall spa presentation throughout the day
Operational Support
  • Support daily spa flow by ensuring rooms are reset and ready between guests
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness protocols
  • Maintain consistent attendance and reliability in support of team operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support spa operations

Experience & Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or laundry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move laundry and supplies
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
