Group 1 Nissan Southwest Houston, part of the rapidly growing Group 1 Automotive family, is seeking an experienced Flat-Rate/Flag Technician ready to take their career to the next level!

*Relocation assistance is available for qualified Nissan Certified Technicians
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
  • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications
  • Nissan/Infiniti certifications or 2+ ASEs required, or 3+ years of Nissan/Infiniti dealership experience if no certifications
  • Flat-rate (flag) dealership experience required
  • Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
  • Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability
  • Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
