Job Title: Administrative Assistant

This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Quality First Coaching and Incentives program. Key responsibilities include coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records and data entry, and facilitating communication with vendors, staff, and community partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting high-quality program delivery.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma / GED 
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with software platforms such as Abode and DocuSign
  • Previous experience with data entry and use of databases
  • Experience in balancing competing needs by prioritizing and responding to multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • DES Criminal Affadavit Required
  • AZ DHS Criminal History Affidavit Required
  • FPC DPS Verification Required
