ENGLISH
Southwest Construction is looking for experienced laborers to join the team!
Job Duties:
  • Load concrete on the truck for each job
  • Follow all safety guidelines at all times
  • Install each job using company approved methods
  • Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements:
  • Loader Operator Certification preferred but not required. In house certification.
  • 1-3 years Loader Operator experience
  • A mechanical aptitude
  • Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customers' demands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Working under all weather conditions
  • Valid TX driver license is a plus
  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass drug screen
