Pay Structure

Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses. Average annual earnings up to $95,000–$100,000; top performers can make up to $150,000+ annually.

What you’ll do
  • Conduct in home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments.
  • Lead engaging product demos; tailor solutions to homeowner needs.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Build trust and long term customer relationships.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Turn preset, prequalified leads into high value sales by delivering consultative, in home presentations. No cold calling, focus on connecting with homeowners, demonstrating products, and closing with confidence.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
