Schedule: Full time

Pay Structure: hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

Potential annual earnings $45,000 to $55,000, top performers can make up to $60,000 annually

What you'll do

Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.

Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions

Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.

Represent the company professionally at stores and events.

No hard selling,your focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity.

What you bring

Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.

Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
