Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22 -$45/ per hour

What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Install and maintain HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
  • 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
  • Experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
  • EPA or CFC Certification required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required
